At Lullax, we take the quality of our products and our customers' satisfaction very seriously. That's why, in addition to complying with current regulations, we strive to ensure that our service is efficient, transparent, and free of unpleasant surprises.

Below you'll find all the information about our shipping, returns, and warranties, explained in simple terms.

1. Free shipping and delivery times

We offer free shipping throughout the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Ciudad Real, Oviedo, and Valencia, allowing us to deliver to almost any location in a very short time.

• Orders placed before 1:00 p.m.

  • Less than 40 kg → Standard delivery within 24 business hours.

  • Over 40 kg → Standard delivery within 48–72 business hours.

• Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. → delivery within 48–72 business hours.

• Orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Monday morning → delivered the following Tuesday.

• Holidays → processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery method

• Items weighing less than 40 kg → home delivery.

• Items weighing over 40 kg → curbside delivery due to their size and weight.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a tracking number so you can check the status and location of your shipment in real time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Right of withdrawal: If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your product. You will receive a full refund. You must return the item in its original box and packaging and cover the return shipping costs.

• Defective product: All our products come with a 3-year warranty.

  • In most cases, we pick up the product, repair it, and return it to you quickly and at no cost.

  • If it can't be repaired, we'll send you a new one with the same or better features.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or negligent use.

5. Force majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond Lullax's control (strikes, serious logistical issues, extreme weather conditions, etc.), delivery times may vary. We will always do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
